XE worked absolutely fine for years & now they’ve broken useful functions with trashy redesign. Assets disappeared (why remove XAU?!!!!) - 20 strong list of currencies gone - WHY???!! I sent s transfer to a member of family that I always send to, they asked for additional documents which I provided, they took so long to reply just to ask me why I transferred from my saving to my current account (well because I can’t pay from saving account). Anyways they help my money and refused to give me any information. They were trying to hold them as long as possible (god knows why), rang my bank they says what XE is doing is not right and told me to raise a charge back if they hold it for longer. Also they dont like it when you start questioning their steps and process of handling your money. Very disappointed!
