## What is XEE ESS?

ESS is an Employee Self-Service app for company-managed users. Employees can securely sign in with their Microsoft work account to access HR services, view company updates, manage requests, submit leave and expense claims, record attendance actions, review approvals, access policies, and manage employee profile information.
