They give you the tools and you put in the effort. I will continue to use this app due to my results recently. Cons (small things) The meals they provide is not something easy to make and also not everyone can make that or afford that. So I would appreciate good meals that are simple & affordable easy to hit macros. The saving food needs a delete button on foods you don’t use anymore. On timer workouts they should have a window notification when you close your phone.
