As an overweight person that hasn’t worked out a day in their life, this has really helped me figure out the gym. I’ve dropped 16lbs so far and I’ve gotten noticeably closer to my end goals. I haven’t tried the recipes yet because I’m ~broke~ so I just do basics at home, but they look SO GOOD! And this app does a good job about showing you different recipes pertaining to different diets. The BEST FEATURE is sweat points!! Because I am on the lower income side, I can gain sweat points to help make my monthly payment cheaper. That truly gives me no room for excuses! I also really enjoy the fact that you can switch work outs if your gym doesn’t have the equipment a certain set calls for. I love this app, and have been doing good. I just need to work on my motivation to get out and go to the gym! Lol. After I canceled my membership, an unauthorized charge of $119.00 was made to my account. I contacted customer support multiple times trying to get the situation resolved. After going back and forth with their support team, I was eventually given a partial refund of only $89.99, leaving $29.01 that has not been properly explained or refunded. The communication regarding their refund/dispute process was unclear, and when I tried to get an explanation for why I did not receive the full amount, my messages were ignored. Instead of addressing my concerns and explaining exactly what happened with my money, I was directed to leave a review. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I would not recommend this company to others based on how my situation was handled. If you decide to use their services, I strongly recommend keeping records of your membership cancellation, charges, and all communication with their customer service. I am still seeking an explanation for the missing $29.01 and will consider filing a formal consumer complaint if this issue is not properly resolved.
