Not able to connect Xena XX15 Bluetooth w/ iPhone 13pro max ios11
Keep me wait in tap screen for decades.
No notifications inform you what to do next.
The lock is great but the app is a Hell experience.
Bluetooth 4.0. =.=…grandpa technology….everything is Bluetooth 5.0 this days.

I’ve just tried to get onto the app to turn my alarm off but the app kept saying lock must be on disc and I’ve been trying for 3 days and still not letting me on the app so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now it’s not letting me link it up can you please fix this issue thanks

The app was working on my iPhone X. It wasn’t the most polished app- it felt a bit clunky and was super slow in syncing my desired options with the Xena unit, but it worked.
But I upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and now I can’t connect to the device. Not sure if it’s because of the iOS version I am using...? Whatever the reason, my Xena no longer functions as an alarm, it’s just a lock at this point since it can not connect. Such an expensive unit for features you can’t use!!

UPDATE: I uninstalled, then reinstalled the app. It recognized the Xena unit from when I originally registered and named it, and asked me for my password. Luckily I remembered it. The app worked same as when I originally installed it after this process. Once again, bit of a clunky UI, but at least it works again.

Easy to use with simple bold icons. I actually called them to help me set it up, their customer service was fantastic!

Setup was easy I adjusted my shock sensor to minium as my parking garage vibrates when heavy truck pass by. This solved the alarm going off One thing I discovered after speaking with Xena The lock has to be on the disc to connect after you complete the initial setup I now dint even use the app. The lock functions without it 

Oh you have to allow Location Services when you install the app or lock won’t work
