Multi-shop merchants can scope every list, summary card, chart and CSV export down to one shop. Single-shop merchants see no picker at all no UI clutter, same data. • POS sales are now stamped with the shop they were rung at, so per-shop stats reflect what actually happened at each till. Online orders auto-attribute to the shop their stock came from. Invite teammates and add clients from your contacts • Tap a contact in your phone instead of retyping a name, phone number and email. The picker runs the system permission prompt the first time and reads your address book in memory only nothing about your contacts ever leaves the device unless you pick someone. • Rwandan local numbers (0788…, 0732…) normalise to +250 automatically. Foreign numbers keep their own country code picking a US or French contact no longer accidentally prefixes +250. Order widget on your home screen • A new "Order status" widget surfaces your latest active order at a glance phase, ETA, rider name and order code. Add it from any home-screen long-press, or use it as a lock-screen / standby accessory. Refreshes the moment the rider taps "Picked up" or "Delivered". Live Activity on lock screen and Dynamic Island • Active deliveries now sit on your lock screen and live in the Dynamic Island on iOS 16.2 and up. Tap-and-hold to expand for rider and order code. Updates push silently you don't have to open the app to watch ETA tick down. Quick Actions on the app icon • Long-press the Xendly Biz icon for shortcuts. Merchants jump straight to today's orders, the POS or "New product"; customers jump to "Track Order" without scrolling. Email and storefront links open inside the app • Order receipts, tracking links and storefront links now open inside Xendly Biz when you have it installed same hand-off you're used to from Instagram. Tap "View order status" in your inbox and you land on the order screen, not a browser tab. Accept after-hours orders without waiting • Orders placed after your shop's open hours sit in a Scheduled queue and auto-dispatch when you re-open. New: a green "Accept order" button with a live countdown one tap ships now instead of waiting for the timer.
