Xer is a versatile photo editor to make excellent photos basing on multiple-layer editing. It is to meet all the daily demands for photo editing: rotation, cropping, flipping, applying photo effects, adding text, making artistic or funny photo montages, etc. Whenever it can help, it's trying to be sufficient and handy.

I never leave app reviews but I just realize this app only has 7, and that’s criminal. I’ve held this app so close to my heart for over a DECADE now. It honestly over preforms for being left for dead. I really hope the devs see this and realize that although it may have never gotten the love, this app CARRIED me for YEARS. Thank you dev team, I love you and hope you give this some well deserved love.

I am having the same problem with this app that several other users have reported – –  I cannot tap on a layer in order to select it for any of the functions whatsoever, whether I start with a new camera photo, a photo from the camera roll, or a blank canvas, and I’ve tried it now on two different devices. So if I could give it zero out of five stars I would.
