But the actual app it self crashes way too much freezes up while in use. I’ll be considering other accounting options if this continues. ### 3/5 — Sell, sell, sell ? *2026-08-05, version 10.106.0* I used MYOB for 5 years in a former Bookkeeping job. It was awesome, and I only received “updates” each quarter which were well thought out, free and were improvements - not trying to constantly upsell me to other apps made by middlemen. Question; Are your Customers more important to you than your “Shareholders ” ? And why can I not issue a Statement to my customers from my phone ? Getting a bit sick of all the unproductive slop you are increasingly serving up. ### 2/5 — BAS *2026-08-05, version 10.106.0* I am finding it impossible to locate where to do my bas since the update a few months ago. I decided to give the app a go to see if it was any good. I’m pleased to say that it is. It may not have all of the features of the desktop site but for what I need it’s great. My main focus tends to be bank reconciliations and this app really helps me to get this done with a minimum of fuss. I complained nine months ago and was assured this would be fixed and yet the same issue continues. Logging in continues to be a battle every single time. ### 1/5 — From bad to worse *2026-08-03, version 10.106.0* App was working fine for a year on my ipad pro, after an update a few months ago when they added a useless numeric keyboard for the quantity and price section, it doesn’t let me send invoices! Keyboard shows up and disappears straight away, have to use the iphone to complete a basic invoice and send it! Tech support doesn’t even have a number to call, the app doesn’t work properly and they keep milking me £44.40 a month! Time to look for a replacement as the developers seem to be asleep and sending out updates without properly testing them. ### 1/5 — Greedy price increases every year *2026-07-29, version 10.105.0* Their product is ok, not as good as QBO. Their price used to be the selling point. but now after raising prices every year, and doubled over 3 years, they no longer have any selling point. Need to send and invoice urgently, and xero does the let me log in. Contact Support, and the don’t respond. Is a joke ### 1/5 — “Trust this device” button doesn’t work *2026-07-10, version 10.103.2* When signing in on my MacBook computer, I tick the box “trust this device” yet it doesn’t actually work. Every time you have to do the 2FA again and it hasn’t trusted your device like it should. Please fix asap as it’s super annoying ### 1/5 — Poor experience/don’t recommend *2026-07-09* I have found navigating your app confusing. I signed up for a free trial and tried to cancel when I realised I couldn’t use it. I couldn’t find a way to cancel and it slipped my mind (I have disabilities too and I’m doing the best I can with poor executive functioning). When I got charged at the end of the free trial I again couldn’t find a way to cancel. When I typed in my issue. No response matched mine. I was frustrated and upset not knowing how to cancel. Somehow I found some way to email… I explained my issue and I was told in black and white terms the rule your end ie no refund, 30 days cancellation notice required, etc, and no openness to my situation. I’m on a pension and make pocket money on Etsy. $70+ is a lot of money for me to loose on nothing. I emailed back and no response. Very poor customer service and money grabbing company. This situation arose because it was not transparent how to find a way to cancel when I realised this app was no working for me. **Developer response:** Hi SuzenPhoto, thanks for sharing this feedback. Please continue to improve on artificial intelligence to continue to improve and recognise transactions as expenses. One thing that I’m still finding hard to find on the app is if I want to search for a transaction for example if I bought a chainsaw and I look for a chainsaw, I can’t find it on the app. Please make it easier to find the reference.
