It reads your receipt but it does not recognize the credit card you’re using. It also does not remember the expense type that you used for the spender last time. Finally it takes about six clicks to enter one single receipt. That is way too many ### 1/5 — No way to track mileage *2021-04-22, version 3.9.2* There is no way to put a period on the mileage tracker so you cannot submit a mileage request that is less than a dollar. Oof. ### 1/5 — This app is lacking obvious and crucial features *2019-07-29, version 2.5.3* This app is stupidly only for letting employees record expenses they put on their personal card. If there were one additional menu allowing them to record expenses used on the company card it would actually be very useful. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your review. We recognize that many businesses provide company credit cards to their employees for spending and are working to make this available soon. ### 1/5 — Expensive and buggy *2019-05-27, version 2.5.1* This product should be free until all the bugs have been worked out of it and the major features have been integrated . It is ridiculous that I have to pay for the top-tier subscription in order you to use this half-baked product. We hope you're enjoying the other great features included in the 'Established' plan and will keep this feedback in mind for the future. ### 1/5 — Useless for Expenses with Credit Cards *2018-11-04, version 2.3.2* Xero really missed the boat on this one. Cannot assign an expense to a credit card!?!? What’s worse is you can do this in their app. Hopefully the low ratings on this app will cause them to wake up. They’re also famous for ignoring their feature requests on uservoice as well as delivering them half baked. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Support for credit card purchases is on our roadmap for this year. We agree that this is a critical feature and hope to make it available as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t sync online. *2018-07-24, version 2.1.0* Nothing I’ve done online shows up in the expense app. Therefore I am not able to attach receipts to the expenses I have entered online. This was not the case before splitting apps. For the record nothing I do online now shows up in either app. ### 1/5 — No suppler name !! *2018-07-10, version 1.8.1* This is really stupid how can i but the suppler name? Not any suppler name just a map where we spend the money !!! Also I tried with many invoices its not can read them all ! Another about the payment I already made it why I need to open it agin from my computer to do another payments record ! And make another step ! I want to do it in one place one time ### 1/5 — Does not work *2018-06-29, version 1.8.1* App has been wrecking havoc on our team’s reimbursement process. Expenses tracked in the mobile app do not show up in the desktop app (draft or final submission), and vice versa. We’re seeing these issues across the board.
