### 2/5 — Inaccurate

*2025-12-29, version 2.58*

Says my foot is UK size 5.5 - I’m at least size 9 so way out

### 2/5 — Using the back of phone to capture?

*2025-08-05, version 2.58*

Using the front selfie camera is a bit frustrating and tedious. Maybe using the back camera, so we can the screen while scanning the front would be better.

### 2/5 — Tedious

*2023-12-31, version 2.55*

Nice idea.
‘Phone too close’. moves phone a few cm further away. ‘phone too far’ and so it goes.

Seems to need a surprisingly well lit room to perform.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work.

*2023-10-07, version 2.4*

I have tried multiple times to scan my foot and it simply will not work. The feedback is terrible, and it eventually gives up and crashes after a partial scan. There is no way to skip the tutorial, and after about a dozen attempts without a single success I gave up and uninstalled it.

### 1/5 — Great comedy

*2023-08-27, version 2.4*

This app made my family laugh hysterically while I tried to get it to work. What a ridiculous process and app. There has to be a better way.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work iPhone 11

*2023-08-24, version 2.4*

Unless I'm missing something, this app doesn't work. It's impossible to see what you are scanning when the screen is pointing down and screen is also blocked by instructions about how to use it.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2023-08-09, version 2.2285*

Doesn’t work at all.

### 1/5 — Terribly inaccurate

*2023-07-21, version 2.2285*

Keeps trying to say my feet are 1.5-2 cm shorter than they actually are and therefore keeps spitting out size recommendations that are significantly smaller than what a Brannock device says - and significantly smaller than what my feet will actually fit into.

### 1/5 — Front camera. Really?

*2023-07-15, version 2.2285*

Did you even test the app before releasing it?

### 4/5 — Great app, but uk womens sizing is wrong

*2023-07-11, version 2.2285*

The app worked really well for me and measured my feet and recommended the correct mens size. I took off one star because the equivalent womens size here in the uk was a smaller numeric value, when it should be larger, as with the US sizing. I.e mens size 8 should be womens size 9, not 7 that the app recommends. The other non-US sizes for women also look a bit off.

### 1/5 — Use text to speech.

*2023-06-21, version 2.2285*

Wooo woool woooo. These sounds mean nothing except maybe a whale.

tts like “too far” “too close” or whatever would be easier to understand.

### 1/5 — Why does it use the selfie cam?

*2023-06-14, version 2.2285*

Pretty counterintuitive and frustrating to use when you don’t know what’s going on. No indication of what the sounds even mean.

I just gave up lol. Update this app to use the main camera (rear facing) for a usable experience

### 1/5 — Probably the worst App of all time!

*2023-06-02, version 2.2284*

Why the F does is use your “selfie Cam” totally worthless and frustrating. Deleting after review.

### 1/5 — Isn’t working for me

*2023-05-22, version 2.2284*

Every time I complete a scan I get a “whoops. . . something went wrong”. Any advice?

### 2/5 — Awkward Process, Bad Recommendations

*2023-04-23, version 2.2284*

Awkward process aside once I got the hang of it Xesto gave me numbers pretty close to what I measured myself with a tailors tape. Pretty impressive…… however, the sizing recommendations are plus or minus a size off on nearly every brand I checked. Viberg at a 9.5 (wrong) with Nike at 11.5(correct)? If I bought a 9.5 in Viberg 2030 a whole lot of time would be wasted and good money spent on shipping/returns. I know you say you are using the manufacturer measurements but you can’t be. Not at a full size off. You are missing something in the data points or maybe need another metric to get the right size.

### 1/5 — Don’t even waste your time on it

*2023-03-27, version 2.2284*

Such a poor quality app

### 1/5 — Utter rubbish

*2023-03-21, version 2.2284*

Uses the selfie camera so almost impossible to scan your feet. Just make it so it uses the main camera and then you can see what you are doing. Utterly useless in it’s current configuration

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Zero input from app

*2026-03-28, version 2.58*

One foot scanned fine the other took 5 tries to complete. Then the recommended list popped up but literally every brand I selected says we are updating this brand check back later. I selected bargain and high end but not a single brand could provide a recommendation. Deleted account and uninstalled.

### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time.

*2025-12-05, version 2.58*

Not ready for prime time.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-04-26, version 2.58*

Worst and most useless app I’ve ever tried on the App Store. Don’t waste your time

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time.

*2024-08-24, version 2.58*

You have to practically contort your entire body to get the different angles the voice asks you for, but even then - once you finally think it’s “scanning” successfully - it just keeps asking you to rotate your phone around your foot. I did this non-stop for 5 minutes and nothing updated with the scan. There are certainly much easier & correct ways to measure a foot - I’m moving on from this to find a method that’s not a complete joke. Don’t bother.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2024-07-27, version 2.58*

As everyone has said the process is very frustrating to say the least. Finally got a scans of both feet and it’s off by around 3cm in length. I wear a 12-12.5 in Nike and it’s saying go with a 10. If I wore a ten my toe would have to be curled to even fit. Totally useless and waste of time.

### 1/5 — Make the vibrations different for each error Please

*2024-02-08, version 2.58*

Trying to do a scan by myself was nearly impossible. The phone constantly has a problem with how I’m holding/moving the device and kept pulsing and I had no idea if it was too close, not angled correctly or too far as the the pulsing pattern is the same for all.

### 1/5 — Hard to use

*2024-02-04, version 2.58*

Absolutely bizarre to use front facing cameras so you can’t see what you’re doing.

### 1/5 — Completely non-functional

*2024-01-18, version 2.58*

Does not work at all.

### 1/5 — Not accurate at all

*2024-01-04, version 2.55*

Used to scan my feet, which I have had professionally measured, and the length was consistently off by 2 inches or more. In shoes I already own and that fit perfectly, the app suggests I wear a size 2-2.5 sizes smaller. This is not accurate at all, do not expect a good result.

### 1/5 — Horribly inaccurate

*2023-10-20, version 2.5*

Sized me incorrectly in every brand I wear by nearly 2 shoe sizes. I can’t even be my foot into the sizes it suggests. Use a real Brannock device and save yourself the trouble of using this.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works as Advertised

*2024-07-13, version 2.58*

If you follow the directions the app works as advertised. A little difficult to do by yourself but still manageable.

I needed this to find my sons shoe size. Tested it on my foot and it was pretty spot on with it’s recommended sizes for brands of shoes I already have.

### 5/5 — I like it.

*2023-11-18, version 2.53*

It’s a basic app, but it works. It certainly created an accurate 3D scan of my feet. Very useful for sizing shoes. I’m looking forward to more shoe brands joining.

### 5/5 — Super helpful app!

*2023-09-16, version 2.4*

Always had trouble getting the right shoes, anytime I ordered a shoe I knew I would be returning them them to the mall the next day. My unusual arch made buying shoes online impossible, but this app made it so much easier. I scanned my foot using this app and it gave me recommendations for shoes that would fit my foot. I finally don’t need to waste my time returning orders at the mall, thank you!!!!

### 5/5 — It’s working

*2022-09-07, version 2.222*

Thank you for this.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly good app

*2021-09-23, version 1.59*

Thought there would be more apps that did this kind of thing, but there wasn’t many options. So I tried this and it was extremely accurate and got my shoe size right.

### 5/5 — Love this!

*2021-04-22, version 1.4.9*

Once you use top/ front camera and volume up button to take pics it is so easy!

### 5/5 — I had wrong shoe size

*2021-03-20, version 1.4.7*

Recently my foot was getting callouses and did not feel right after exercising. Turns out my sneaker was between 1/2- 1 size too small. Helpful app.

### 5/5 — Awesome app for shoe sizing!

*2021-03-07, version 1.4.6*

Accurate and easy to use. Took only a few minutes to find the right shoe sizes for me for hundreds of brands.

### 5/5 — Spot on

*2021-02-26, version 1.4.5*

I used this to see if it was close or spot on and for me it is spot on. It said I was 8.5 in Vans and 9 in Adidas Ultraboost. Well I can say these are my sizes in these brands. I haven’t bother to look at the others, but I am sure it will be spot on as it was with these two brands. I can highly recommend this app for those wishing to order shoes online or even in person.

### 5/5 — Really great tool for shoe lovers

*2021-02-05, version 1.4.4*

Didn’t believe it would work but it did! A huge range of brands. Wish I had done this before I bought my last pair of shoes online.

Tbh, it was a bit hard to follow but well worth it. You’ll never have incorrectly sized shoes again 🥰
