Kind of just trash. It connects and shows info, but will not save afterward. Honestly, just a waste of time.

I have owned my Xterra TRX 4500 for about two years now. I have tried multiple times over those two years to connect my exterior treadmill to my Apple health app. I cannot even get my treadmill to show up on my apple Bluetooth devices in settings. On the xterra App it says I am connected…NOPE! 
I even tried to send an email to the support team and got a bounce back email stating that this email is no longer being used. How do you get help to trouble shoot treadmill problems, if the email doesn’t work! Ridiculous!!!
Sad because I think this is a pretty great treadmill.

Turns the bike’s display off. The resistance buttons on the bike can be pressed and the change shows in the app, but there is no physical change to the bike’s resistance. Need a account to use the app, and if you need to reset the password the links don’t work. All I really wanted was to see distance and speed in imperial measurements. The bike’s display has no way of changing it. The app has limited usability.

The application Bluetooth connect option doesn’t see any Bluetooth devices around. Even the old Xterra app sees all Bluetooth devices around me. Very disappointed.

This app doesn’t work like the old one, doesn’t allow you to control the treadmill, utterly useless to download only to track things if the display on the treadmill disappears. The app before this one worked decent, wasn’t perfect but better than this one, please fix this it is quite annoying

To link your equipment to the app you need to scan the qr code on your machine
My new trx3500 doesn’t have a qr code, so no way to connect

The app connects to my rower and shows stats for distance, power, strokes, etc., but the water level is 1 even when the rower computer/console has been set higher before connecting. I don’t think any of the stats can be correct if the water level is wrong.
