## What is XFatora POS & Retail?

XFatora POS & Retail is the public point-of-sale companion for XFatora, a multi-tenant SaaS service available to unrelated retailers and businesses of any size. Any business can contact XFatora through the public website to obtain its own isolated workspace, then provision staff accounts and POS permissions.

CHECKOUT WITH SERVER CONTROL

• Find products by search, barcode camera, or compatible hardware scanner.
• Select a customer and payment method.
• Hold a cart or complete a sale from the register.
• Use totals, taxes, discounts, stock rules, and posting results calculated and validated by the XFatora server.

RUN THE REGISTER

• Select an assigned store and register.
• Open and close cashier shifts.
• Record controlled cash-in and cash-out movements.
• View completed sales and server-generated receipts.
• Process authorized returns and refunds against posted sales.
• Review daily results sourced from posted server records.

WORK THROUGH INTERRUPTIONS

The app keeps a tenant- and staff-isolated encrypted catalog cache and a bounded operation queue. Recoverable network failures can be retried safely with stable idempotency keys. Queued sales remain clearly identified and financial posting is not treated as complete until the server confirms it.

XFatora POS supports English and Arabic, including right-to-left layouts. Access is permission-aware and limited to the selected tenant. Account deletion, privacy, legal information, and support are available from the app.

An existing XFatora workspace with the POS module enabled is required. This release does not sell or unlock a subscription in the app.
