I actually have to scroll through the recorded footage in order to find it and it’s ridiculous to pay this much money for 24/7 cameras they don’t even do the basic notifications right! Thank God, I have another home security system that is solid, but it doesn’t do some of things that XFINITY does so time to find a new one to replace XFINITY! ### 1/5 — To slow *2026-08-03, version 12.94.0* Times out every time, can’t load. It allows anyone to activate or describe the home alarm with ease. It also notifies users ASAP if the alarm’s activated and provides what (if any) crucial steps you and the provider need to ensure the user’s safety and the user’s home’s security. If you have cameras installed, a user can easily perceive what’s happening (or what has happened) while the user is not in the home…or, frighteningly, if the user is IN THE HOME when’s the alarm’s activated. Most of the time they don’t work properly. Videos rarely load when I need them, the apps are slow, and many features either take forever to respond or don’t work at all. The whole purpose of these apps is to give customers access to their services, but they consistently fail to do what they’re supposed to do. For the amount customers pay, these apps should be reliable. Xfinity needs to fix these ongoing issues immediately.
