From Tesla concerts to prepaid. And if I resulted back to this it was because Xfinity rates are just high. Your sign up for a specific package, and the boom your bill changes from month to months and then here’s this service a flare rate of 45 just but your own box. Yeah but literally one day and I mean ONE DAY before your bill is due, they slow your speeds. Once the bill is paid everything is normal. What a damn joke. No wonder why spacelink is coming for yall…. When I tried to change card on file it would not allow me to change it. I couldn’t even just refill from a different card. Then it wouldn’t even take money from the card on file. So each month my services have been getting cut off. This has been going on for 4 months. I even called and ask them to relay this to customer support. I have to go through the automated system which can take for ever. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — GARBAGE *2026-01-24, version 3.6* Absolute trash. It doesn’t even work. Like at all. It does not function. It does not let you login, it just loads the crashed dashboard message then when you click return to dashboard it just reloads that error message. So you can’t make payments, doesn’t let you set up auto payment. I’m done. The app alone being impossible to use is sending me back to T mobile. However, when trying to use this app to refill the data, it either will lag or be very buggy or even freeze completely. If these things weren’t present, I’d recommend using the app for its convenience. Most phone support and all chat support have never heard of Xfinity’s Prepaid product. I try again to prepay after a few hours, hoping their competent employee has restarted their service.
