But there hasn’t been one single day where it hasn’t crashed or frozen multiple times a day, (usually right in the middle of something good)! ### 1/5 — Records the same exact Episode! *2026-08-19, version 7.26.0* The description matches what the episode SHOULD be. Recordings I made recently is showing and playing normally under Saved → Recordings on my TV, but the same completed recording does NOT appear in the Xfinity Stream app under My Library → Recordings. I’ve already: * Confirmed the recording is completed and plays on the TV * Confirmed my DVR is only about 10% full * Signed out of the Xfinity Stream app and signed back in * Closed/reopened the app * Restarted the iPhone * Confirmed I’m using the same Xfinity account Please check whether my DVR/Cloud DVR provisioning and account synchronization are correct, and whether this recording is being properly published to Xfinity Stream. I don’t want to delete the recording or change the recording rule. Please escalate this as a DVR-to-Xfinity-Stream synchronization issue rather than having me repeat the basic app troubleshooting. ### 2/5 — Lately missing recordings *2026-08-17, version 7.26.0* Started off great when I initially started the service. Now my recordings are missing and will pop up 3 or more days later! It’s not because my memory of full, it’s just some sort of weird glitch.. When trying to cast to TV the Xfinity logo shows on screen but there is no loading icon for the app to kick in and connect. I have two separate Chromecast in the house yet the app fails to stream on both. Restarted modem, router, factory reset both Chromecast, deleted / reinstalled Stream app, tried casting app from multiple devices, still nada. All other misc apps and content cast flawlessly with no problems. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-15, version 7.26.0* The DVR download feature was really nice like 3 years ago back when it actually worked. Now, every time it tries to download something it crashes. Then the few times it has been able to download something, the download disappears and the downloads folder is empty again as soon as you don’t have an internet connection, then reappears when you do have a connection. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a download.
