### 5/5 — GREAT Chest Workout!

*2013-12-28, version 1.6.2*

This is the best app out there for a great chest workout that doesn't take long to complete. This will have your chest, triceps, & biceps burning!

### 5/5 — Much improved

*2013-10-29, version 1.6.2*

Still the best push up app in the store. Variable rests between sets helped a lot-- this app will light you up, though. Just finished a workout and I am feeling it. ;)

### 5/5 — Awesome

I have yet to try a lolo fitness app that I didn't love! Keep em coming!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2013-04-01, version 1.4.4*

Lives up to its own billing!

### 5/5 — Super Great!

*2013-03-02, version 1.4.4*

This is challenging and meets you at whatever level of fitness you might be at. It will take you to the next level. It fits totally into my schedule at usually less less then 10 minutes.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2013-02-28, version 1.4.4*

I love lolo's format on all their apps. I'm getting a lot stronger already. Worth the money. I would like to see a pull ups app by lolo. That would be awesome.

### 5/5 — this app counteracts anti-push-up sofas

*2013-02-22, version 1.4.4*

If you're struggling getting started, this app provides just enough "virtual" pressure to get you off your anti-push-up" sofa. The perfect antidote for such a condition.

### 5/5 — Push ups with ease

*2013-02-10, version 1.4.4*

There is nothing easy about this app but if you do what you are supposed to you will see improvement!

### 5/5 — Love it

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Old App and Ads

*2014-09-29, version 1.6.2*

The app itself does a good job at what it's intended to do however, after paying for it, I didn't expect to have advertisements in it. It also still carries the old iOS style frameworks.

### 2/5 — Great exercises poor app

*2015-04-20, version 1.6.2*

I like the exercise regime but the app itself is a piece of junk. They must of outsourced it to someone who had no idea what they were doing. It needs to be fixed.

The app increases the difficulty level far too quickly.

The app eats up cpu, draining your battery at an accelerated rate.

It doesn't save state correctly when you close it which means that it frequently ignores any settings changes and doesn't allow you to pick up the exercises where you left off.

The app needs HealthKit integration.

### 3/5 — Too much too fast

*2013-10-10, version 1.4.4*

I really liked this at first, but the app placed me in the "advanced" category and I couldn't even get through one workout. I put myself in the beginner category and it was fine for a few weeks but it just advances too quickly. After week two they have you doing fingertip and plyometric push-ups that I'm just not physically able to do. There's no option to adjust for physical limitations. I don't have full range of motion in one arm due to a childhood injury and most of the workouts are impossible for me to do. I found myself just doing regular push-ups through most of the workouts, so I've just stopped using the app altogether. Maybe allow users to adjust workouts to their limitations or seriously nerf the progression and I'll probably get back into it.

### 3/5 — Good quality but...

*2013-07-09, version 1.4.4*

Nice app. Great instruction and quality video but it is obvious that the devs did not spend time making the actual workout session realistic and smooth. It makes me wonder if they even tried and tested the actual workout plan because the app is great in every other aspect but they really missed the mark on the workout session. There is a generic audio track and rep count for all of the workouts even though some of the exercises take more or less time to complete. The rest times are either way too long or not long enough. And the amount of reps and sets are unrealistic for the category the app places me in (intermediate). For instruction and form demonstration the app is great but as a workout companion/guide this app is not even close.

### 4/5 — Too hard for beginners

*2014-03-07, version 1.6.2*

A bit too much for a wimp like myself. I'll keep on pushing though.

### 4/5 — Good complementary app

*2014-01-09, version 1.6.2*

Enjoy it.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2013-07-07, version 1.4.4*

Workout wise, phenomenal. Layout looks great, too.

The one problem and why I didn't go 5 Star is the crash frequency is too high for my taste. Not debilitating to the workout, but it may crash once or twice before you can get to the workout.

### 5/5 — Great Variety; Great Results!

*2014-10-16, version 1.6.2*

I've been using this app for a month now, and I have seen significant improvement in both my form and exercise stamina. My chest, shoulders, and triceps are have gotten harder and stronger by far. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their upper body strength.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2014-09-19, version 1.6.2*

Works great with a short time and you get results! Please Lolo make a pull-up app next!

### 5/5 — ZAMN SHAWTY

*2014-08-30, version 1.6.2*

Erytime I finished a workout I could hardly lift my arms. it's a short intense workout that's good for anybody looking to build muscle who has a busy schedule.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2014-07-17, version 1.6.2*

This app is excellent, but the cadence is slightly fast for me.

### 5/5 — So hard!!!

*2014-07-16, version 1.6.2*

I feel destroyed every time I use this app. Must mean I'm getting a great workout!

### 5/5 — Excellent workouts!

*2014-05-08, version 1.6.2*

As with all Lolo apps, this one exceeds expectations! The ability to increase and decrease the intensity and time spent on the workouts really sets all the Lolo apps apart. And on top of that, you can tell the apps what equipment you have available to use to really customize each and every workout.

### 5/5 — Kicking my butt

*2014-04-07, version 1.6.2*

So it must be good! Love the motivation the creates in me to push forward.

### 5/5 — Please make a Pull-Up Version!!!

*2014-04-03, version 1.6.2*

I love this app, but am in need of a pull-up trainer. Please help make this happen!

### 5/5 — Best push-up app thus far

*2014-01-23, version 1.6.2*

Great app. Very effective for novice or advanced users. Would be even
better with a lolo pull-up app!!!

### 5/5 — Ka-BOOM!

*2014-01-20, version 1.6.2*

Third day, second workout, and my triceps won't stop twitching. Hooyah!
