There is no way to cancel as they do not respond and then charged almost $150.00. No response and no way to cancel. Beware! ### 1/5 — Scam. Hard to cancel *2025-10-06* I submitted a request to cancel my subscription on Sept 9th. I received an email verification that my request was received. Today was charged again almost $40. This is a scam. They don’t honor cancellation requests. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear about your experience. After your initial request on September 9th, we sent a reply with the necessary steps/links to complete the cancellation, but it seems that email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder. To resolve this immediately and ensure no further charges, you can cancel directly through Apple: Go to your phone's Settings → Tap your Apple ID/Name → Select Subscriptions. You can cancel the subscription there at any time. We are truly sorry for the trouble and confusion this has caused. ### 1/5 — Immediately stopped working properly *2025-08-02* I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. Within two days when I tried to log in it said I didn’t have a diet plan. It made me take the quiz again and then made me try to buy another plan. When I hit restore purchases it says there are no purchases associated with this account. My bank account says otherwise. I will be contacting the developer to cancel tomorrow and they better not make me jump through 1000 hoops. Very disappointed. **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out. The login option can be found in the upper right corner of the app's homescreen. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-07-21* It shows basic foods? Even the pictures with recipes don’t match and they circulate 2 workouts. When you try and cancel they make you jump through 1000 hoops. DONT DO IT! **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out. The amount of recipes is based on your choices during the quiz. You can edit your choices from the drop down menu in the upper right corner. You can contact support to update your physical activity and workouts. Zero stars! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-05-06, version 1.0.8* Extremely hard to cancel subscription, no possibility to do so online or on the app, need to contact support and they will try to prevent you from doing so, I had to send several emails and click on some dodgy links! Could you please report the issue to our Support Department over at support@xforfit.com? ### 1/5 — Rip off scam avoid *2025-02-28, version 1.0.6* They over charge about $35 instead of $9 and then 3 months latter charge another $85 they say not subscriptions but auto charge you, and the content is very poor a child could do better creating this app. ### 1/5 — Poor Quality *2025-02-21, version 1.0.5* Not only did this app take $32 for the trial instead of $7 which I wasn’t too bothered by but the workout videos were absolutely terrible, so glitchy and cuts short I couldn’t believe it there were actually so many times my sons and I just laughed because we couldn’t believe it, horrible. Didn’t matter we only used it a couple of times before realising there is much better out there. The best part, I then got an email from PayPal for $48, I went into my phone to see if there was any subscriptions in my apple account which there was not, so I went back into the app luckily I hadn’t deleted it or I wouldn’t of remembered the name. I emailed them straight away stating I would like a refund on the $48 and to immediately cancel any subscription! They stated the subscription was in the details when getting the app and they will nt be refunding this but will cancel future payments. I then stated about the over payment in the very beginning but nothing was said back about that. I don’t want anyone else to go through this and be ripped off. WI have updated paypal and requested them to retrieve the refund. This happens to too many people while buying online especially since there are in social media stated the deal at hand but once downloaded obviously these change. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SCAM! *2026-02-10* takes your money and doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription! ### 1/5 — Can’t cancel subscription *2026-02-08* The app is not good. It doesn’t actually help you with meals. It’s just a bunch of suggested meals but it everything requires you to manually record everything yourself. It also doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription. When you go to the app and go to manage subscription they make you send a message as to why and when you do you get an email that said they don’t monitor that email and that if you need help to contact support team but there’s no clear way to contact them. You basically end up going in circles. It’s awful. Don’t waste your time. **Developer response:** We can confirm the app provides a detailed guide on how to prepare the meals. Please make sure the cancellation email has not ended up in your spam/junk folder. ### 1/5 — Might as well have no customer service *2026-01-07* I tried it out but the options for recipes were pretty limited. It took me weeks to get my 1.99 subscription cancelled, and only after jumping through hoops. I’ve reached out three times to let them know they just charged me 39.99! And guess what? Only email automated responses that do not allow response. I’ve contacted through the app and their website. I’m going to have to go through my bank’s fraud dept. Do not recommend. If you are having difficulties cancelling through the app, you can cancel through the App Store > Settings > Subscriptions menu. ### 1/5 — DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! *2025-12-19, version 1.0.18* It is a scam. You cant cancel your subscription, they send you in a loop of between emails and the app! I had to ring my bank to cancel my card to stop the $49.99 payment coming out again. Plenty other apps available!! Do not buy or subscribe!!! Terrible app! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-08, version 1.0.16* The was pretty poor, the recipes had to many ingredients so the shopping list was ridiculous. Then they don’t have a proper cancellation process in the app so you have to request cancellation then they sting you for another month before accepting cancellation. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-01* No way to cancel and continue to get charged. Unable to cancel as they have directed through Apple subscriptions, multiple emails to customer support without response (and not in trash folder as I have checked), no way to cancel through the account online and now my account is deleted and I’m still getting charged. You can open your Apple App Store app, got to your account in the upper right corer, select subscriptions from the list, find the subscription, tap it and look for the cancel button. ### 1/5 — Took money from me *2025-11-07, version 1.0.12* I believe I started a trial and then deleted my account and the app because I changed to a different product. They continued to bill me $49.99 AUD a couple weeks later without my knowledge. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-10-26* The application shouldn’t be as pricey as it is for what they offer. And it is not easy to get a hold of customer service. When I finally did get some help, they were very rude. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-21, version 1.0.12* This app has so much potential. I was enjoying it so much, despite it being very glitchy and locking up all the time. There is also no way of cancelling your subscription apart from a credit card dispute, so beware that this is a scam app. ### 1/5 — Do not download *2025-10-17, version 1.0.12* Stupidly downloaded this and did the free trial. After multiple attempts to contact them to cancel my trial (because the only way to cancel a subscription is by sending them an email through the app???) my requests were ignored and money was attempted to be taken from my account, which my bank blocked and in turn blocked my card. Still trying to get my account cancelled without being scammed any further. User interface does not allow for a conversion from metric to imperial units, but automatically converts your imperial unit input when you sign up to metric. This cannot be edited. Further exploration of the app revealed that exercise and meal tracking is cumbersome. I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription because I felt I had been duped after admittedly not properly vetting the app. The only way to cancel your subscription is to send a message within the app. I’ve sent numerous messages to cancel. My subscription. over the last three weeks, and I have not received a single response. To any prospective users, please look at the reviews, and note that this app has m a net one-star rating, including my own.
