## What is xgenies?

xGenie is an AI-powered recording and note-taking suite — hardware recorder + App + private cloud — that turns every
  conversation into reusable insight.

  ■ Record four ways
  - xGenie device recording: capture hands-free with no phone interference;
  - Phone recording;
  - Call recording;
  - Audio import.
  All routes flow into the same transcription and generation pipeline.

  ■ Accurate transcription
  Automatic speaker identification, custom vocabulary and audio language support, with timestamps linked to playback.

  ■ AI structured notes
  Auto-generate summaries, action items, risks and conclusions — or output smart summaries and intent analysis from
  templates.

  ■ Ask xGenie
  Ask questions grounded in the current recording, transcript and notes to locate key information instantly.

  ■ Templates & personalization
  Tune content focus, custom instructions, memory and terminology so AI output matches your style.

  ■ Private cloud sync
  One account across App and xGenie Web for cross-device viewing, backup and management.

  ■ File management
  Multi-select and batch generate / move / rename / merge / delete, trash and permanent delete, one-tap export and
  share.

  ■ Privacy first
  Recordings, transcripts and notes are stored locally by default; cloud sync, memory and speaker tags are independent
  toggles — you stay in control.

  Perfect for meeting minutes, sales calls, interviews & research, and quick voice memos.

  Membership is available as an in-app subscription, auto-renews and can be cancelled anytime in Settings. Pair with the
  xGenie device inside the app to start hands-free recording.
