After contacting customer service several times, they refuse to give you a straight answer and will send you their “manual” to read, that you’ve already read prior to contacting them. Last year everything was go to go. Now everything is an issue. I was trying to reflash my transmission and my f85 now is stuck couldn’t get it to show P or drive on the dash board. Even the re-emailed one they provided. Took it to a shop . They even had a hard time with connecting . Still had to pay for there labor Had the vehicle on a battery tender. I eventually had to use a power tap obd2 doggle. That i use for VW/Audi. Then it came down to no internet connection . Laptop , tablet , and iPhone 11 Pro Max w/ 17.5.1 iOS still could not connect. Even took out my pedal commander and motiv reflex box to make sure there was no disturbance to the canbus system . Turned off Bluetooth connection for infotainment system. Tried everything . I can connect to bm3 no issue. I can connect my snap on triton scanner updated to 2026 (monthly $45 subscription) . Now they are threatening to lock my tcu because I requested a refund. Yea that’s against the law bucko. Show me the contract with my signature. Not trying to be a stifler by any means . But you can’t advertise hand held and none of my devices connect . Since I change BMW every 3 years, it’s pretty inconvenient for me to spend around 450$ every time for this application to work. It drastically improves the responsiveness of the car while in Sport mode and yet makes the shift even smoother in Comfort mode. It’s also got a great customer support team, all my questions got addressed in a timely manner.
