자이 입주고객 전용 홈네트워크서비스 입니다.
별도 회원가입없이 월패드에서 인증번호 확인으로 홈네트워크 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
 
[이용방법] 
 
1. APP 다운로드후 우리단지 검색하여 설정
 
2. 우리집 동호수 입력후 월패드로 인증번호 요청
 
3. 월패드 공지사항으로 전송된 인증번호 확인후 스마트폰에 입력하여 인증
 
4. 비밀번호 입력후 설정한 비밀번호로 다시 로그인. 끝
 
* APT 검색에서 나오지 않는 아파트는 스마트폰 홈네트워크 서비스를 제공하지 않아 이용이 불가능합니다
* 최초 단지설정이후 소속단지를 변경하려면 설치된 App 삭제후 재설치하셔야 합니다
* 단지내 홈네트워크 서버, 네트워크 통신상태가 불안정할 경우 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

대체 어디로 연락해야합니까? 연지자이2차아파트 주민입니다. 
동호수 입력후 월패드에 인증번호가 오지않습니다. 관리실에 문의해도 답이 없습니다. 그래서 개발한 곳에 직접연락남깁니다. 이제 지원이 안되는건가요? 유선 연락할곳을 답글로라도 알려주세요.

개발자분이 초반엔 여러 오류개선에 힘쓰셨는데 지금은 큰 관리를 안하시나봐요.. 불편리뷰도 많은데 개선 이 되지 않고 방범영상이나 방문자 영상이 안보이는데 실용도가 좀 아쉬워요 조명을 원격으로 껐다 켜고 난방 조절만 사용하네요.. 기능이 애초에 없더라면 기대도 안했을텐데 기본 기능으로 넣어두셨으면 좀 더 개선에 힘써주세요 개발자님ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

앱 버전 보려고 검색했더니 업데이트 날짜 보니 3년전 ;;; 앱만 만들어놓고 관리 안하시나봐요! 차라리 앱 fade out하세요. 하 별한개도 아까움
