I have never be able to toggle swing for my fan off at the right moment since every time I open the app it loads its UI or initializes UI or does something else I don’t know what, and I have to wait and wait and wait…

I've had my vacuum over a year and no problem all of a sudden I'm un able to pair it with my phone again. I've tried unplugging it for several days then repairing it but nothing. I deleted the app and then reinstall the and started from scratch and it still won’t pair. it still works if you just go up and push the button to start it don’t you can’t see the map or nothing?

Please fix or remove the Mac Apple Silicon compatibility. The app gets stuck on screens with no back button (like photo permission for QR scans). On top of that, running this app on Mac causes constant high CPU usage and severe overheating, forcing the fans on full speed. It needs serious macOS optimization

I cannot use the upper part of the app. Try it out on a newer iPhone. The ui goes all the way to the top, where my iPhone’s time and battery text/icon and things are. Which means I cannot click the back button as an example. Very frustrating. I have an iPhone 17 pro. Tried submitting a ticket via your website, but this is also broken - go figure. 
Please fix the app.

automations won’t run. devices go offline without notification. communication issues and also xiaomi block your account if you try to use it with HA. won’t recommend using this app

I use HOTO smart laser, and the app is awful: it regularly doesn’t get measurements from the HOTO, and it measures in feet and inches BUT for manual enter I should enter inches ONLY. I can’t scroll between images with measurements — I need to push back and search the images from the beginning.

Ich nutze die App seit ein paar Monaten für (mittlerweile) 4 Ventilatoren und eine Kamera (BW300). Die Rezensionen machten mir ein wenig Angst, was sich aber nicht bestätigt hat. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Einzige ist, das mit dem Firmwareupdate der Kamera, man nicht mehr mehrere Videos markieren und löschen kann. Bei ca. 20-30 erkannten Bewegungen pro Tag kann das etwas nervig sein.
Sonst zufrieden.
Ich benutze ein iPhone 17.

So I paired my robot vacuum and it works I like it, but I do think that the robot vacuum should learn from its mistakes cause if there is a cleaning map it should know where walls are and should avoid
