## What is XignOff?

Capture signatures, for just about anything...

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to validate almost any transaction with an easy signature capture?

Commonly used to validate and/or reconcile:

Well, we have the solution for you! XignOff facilitates the capture and archival of electronic signatures with the touch of a finger on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

These signatures and their identity are permanently saved (while your account is in good standing) in our cloud together with metadata specific to each signature: time, date and location.

The metadata stamped on the captured signature certifies the time, date and place it was captured (providing that the device’s time and date settings are set accurately and its positioning service is enabled) and, at the same time, ensures that the signature is unique and hasn’t been used anywhere else (e.g. copy/paste).

XignOff makes it easy to not only capture and store signatures, but it allows for indexing them in ways that make sense to you, since you directly create your own unique indexing structure. As part of your monthly access fee, XignOff provides a fixed number of XOs that you assign, manage and use in any way that  you want. You can add as many Tags as you’d like, assign them to Categories which you may chose to create and allocate XOs to them according to your needs.  In other words, you have total control on the way you use this service.

Because the signatures are stored in our cloud, an Internet connection is mandatory for XignOff usage (Wi-Fi connections are preferred to ensure speed and maximum reliability).

XignOff 2.0 comes with new features and a lot of improvements

• XignOff for organizations: now an organization can add their staff under its account and assign tags and XOs to them individually. Staff members can only access their own account and see only the items assigned to them, while the organization maintains overall visibility as well as management of all staff, tags and XOs

• Advanced reporting: added reporting of all XO activity for any period of time. The reports depict all XO activity for any account in a hierarchical manner and could be viewed directly on the mobile device. They could also be emailed from the mobile device for further processing

• In app purchase of XOs batches

• UI&UX improvements:
- simplified UI
- you can sort tags by category, name and staff with quick action buttons on each sorting section
- tags and staff members can be added directly from your phone's contacts
- more space in tag details area by collapsing the multiple empty XO slots into a single one 

• Stability & performance improvements
