Apps doesn’t function , no alarm notification , please help to fix this problem

Please optimize your app for iphone x, log in time and change user interface.

The apps and the system did not send alerts nor notification correctly, false alarm a lot and the apps is not functioning well. What a waste of money

Products are good but the app need some work. I have two security system running, one is a different brand. I find the ximple app seems very busy and slow. It takes longer to connect to the gateway and prone to disconnects. Where else the competing brand is immediate. Consider giving the option to remove the 1st step login to gateway. Once user click the app they should be able to login straight. No need Tap to select a gateway. This is particularly needed when alarm is triggered. 

Also, maybe consider giving the W2 app a facelift. W2 Pro looks far better.
