## What is X·ity?

The ambient environment has a surprisingly significant and strong influence on the functions and processes in the human body. It is important to notice and record this influence in order to find places that affect your well-being in a positive way inside and outside city boundaries.

X·ity: Spatial Health provides a set of simple and effective instruments, so you can explore surroundings and find the best areas to be. Well-balanced places help maintain mental health and physical strength, increase energy level for your work tasks and everyday activities.
