I tried this app and it was a complete disaster. The so-called  “basic” plan throttles your speed to a pathetic 720K, no matter your actual internet speed. Customer service is dreadful-communication is not real-time, and the back-and-forth feedback process is extremely time consuming. Getting a refund is a nightmare, with ridiculous terms and hidden fees that ended up costing me ¥7 just for 3 days of useless service. This a total rip-off and a waste of money. Stay away❗️

第一次遇到七天无理由退款还要求在规定9am-5pm处理 且要扣除使用时长的 不然一概无视的 别的付费vpn都是30天/7天money back policy全退 而且退款界面不写明确指示 非要驳回再要求你上传支付截图才肯处理 后台做这么烂的吗？这点信息查不到？
