I brought this and it work fine for a few times until I was in a session and tried to use it and it would not connect to my iPad anymore it show it available but greyed out and nothing from tech support… yeah it is a waist.

The only thing I can edit are the velocity curves. Key assignments don’t work or even displayed. It says to update my firmware to get full access to all the key assignments but when I try updating, it says that I’m already using the latest firmware. The only reason why I downloaded this was to edit the sustain button to turn on when I press it and turn off when pressed again.  I’m using an iPad but also tried on PC. It’s useless. Developers, please update and/or fix.

I have the latest and greatest iPad 12.9” pro. The 6th gen which is the m2 processor. I’m on iPadOS 17.3 and the xkey app just locks up on anything I do. Fortunately I can at least play the thing, but no updating, no preset loading, nothing saving at all it seems. You guys aren’t supporting the xkey air anymore?

Impossible to update your firmware or try to register your NOT CHEAP purchase due to the app crashing 🤯

Not good enough, surely the CME tech guys can resolve this very annoying issue!!!

Got a warning saying I should update my keyboard’s firmware. Downloaded this app. Connected the keyboard with USB. When I check for new firmware, a progress bar shows up, then the app crashes. The xkey won’t stay paired, and I can’t update the firmware to try and fix. So I went to xkey website to download winows app on pc...link is broken.

I’ve been way too excited to get started with my bt xkey25 but I haven’t been able to log on too register it.. can I still start using without doing this? Or is there something going on with this app?

This app is hot garbage. The software keyboard for account registration and sign in is completely busted, disappears randomly, and made my first experience setting up the keyboard a painful one. 

Once I managed to register an account, now it won’t let me sign in at all. Takes my credentials, gives no error, and dumps me back to a blank login screen.

Please fix this piece of junk app, it looks like it hasn’t been updated in years.
