Keep in mind both players get the same game type with a twist on some head to head matches, Castle is Enabled. ### 1/5 — God Awful *2020-07-02, version 1.21* I’m actually shocked Skillz let something this bad be on their platform. First, the board is 90 degrees off (the right corner for each player should be a white square, not black) so it’s king on color and not queen on color like it’s supposed to be. The black king cannot castle kingside (though AI can do so as black) and I’ve seen cases where the computer will not allow legal moves. AI as white always goes e4 with some variation of Nf3 Nc3 and Bc4 almost always following. I’m only keeping this long enough to get the rewards for 25 and 100 practice wins and then I may set a speed record for how fast I can delete this off my phone. **Developer response:** Thank you for playing on xLeague Chess! We value your feedback! ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2020-06-16, version 1.21* This is the worst chess app I have ever seen. A 10 year old could make better. There are many bugs where the game will not allow you to make a legal move or the AI opponent makes a blatantly illegal move like moving its king into check. Black cannot castle king side and black queen rook pawn does not promote, among many other bugs. Also, the AI plays the exact same way every game at a 1100 level so games quickly become boring unless you are the one to mix things up. **Developer response:** Thank you for playing on xLeague Chess!
