Frustrating. They should include either a vid or guide for setting up the light. Now cannot even see it when I search for the light ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2019-01-24, version 3.6.0* No longer get alerts. Paid for a year membership. ### 1/5 — Regret!! *2019-01-22, version 3.6.0* Such a disappointment. Doorbell no longer alerts or records even though I paid my membership, have had nothing but issues. Purchased light bulb- waste of $30. Customer service takes 3 or 4 attempts to get some kind of response. Don’t waster your money. ### 1/5 — Junk! Stay Away *2018-10-13, version 3.6.0* Finally got around to installing the Xlive doorbell and it is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever touched. Works great as a doorbell, but video, notifications or anything else, forget about it. There’s no support for the hardware or the app. Live and learn with Kickstarter projects. Can’t cry over wasted money. Time to lick my wounds and buy a Ring ### 1/5 — Painfully slow, doesn’t record unless I pay *2018-06-26, version 3.5.0* You have to pay monthly to have it record at all. As soon as they required payment, it slowed down ridiculously bad. It takes literally minutes to open the camera. By the time you can see what’s going on, anyone there has moved. ### 1/5 — So slow it’s useless *2018-05-25, version 3.5.0* This doorbell camera is soooo slow that by the time I get a notification that someone is at my door, they are already walking away and all I can see is the back of their head, if not already out of sight. When someone does stick around long enough to try to talk to, it takes several tries to load the “Live View” but then we can’t even talk to them as the audio is muffled and choppy. It is not our internet connection as we have the fastest internet there is. I regret not going with the Ring door bell instead. This one is a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money. Splurge and get a Ring *2018-03-08, version 3.1.9* I finally received my XLive Pro doorbell and installed it on 2/11. It worked about six days a week for three weeks until last week when it completely stopped working altogether. The “reboot” function just spins and spins. No user manual provided with the doorbell or with the app. Only installation instructions came with the doorbell.
