## What is XmotionTV?

Treenaa juuri silloin kuin itse haluat! Valjasta käyttöösi olohuone ja käynnistä treenit omasta TV:stä. Tai avaa sovelluksemme kännykästäsi ja tee treenit missä ikinä haluatkin.

Johannan ja Veskun ammattitaidolla kootut treenit ovat yksinkertaisia, nopeita ja tehokkaita. Ne toimivat parhaiten silloin, kun sinulla ei ole paljon aikaa, et jaksa miettiä mitä tekisit, keho kaipaa liikettä tai oman terveyden vuoksi vaan pitäisi liikkua enemmän vaikka se ei oikein huvittaisikaan.

Treenit on jaettu neljään eri kategoriaan:

2. PITÄÄKS KÄYDÄ SUIHKUSSA JOS EI TULLU HIKI?
Tämän kategorian treeneissä ei (välttämättä) hiki virtaa, mutta keho kiittää huomiosta

3. ISTUMISTA TAAS KOKO PÄIVÄ!
5-10 minuutin taukoliikunta vetreyttää ja saa ajatuksen taas kulkemaan

XmotionTV:n tehtävänä on tehdä liikkumisesta ja aktiivisen elämäntyylin ylläpitämisestä helpompaa.

XmotionTV sisältää yli 10 tuntia valmiita treenejä aina saatavillasi ja voit luottaa siihen, että treenit myös toimivat! XmotionTV:n taustalla olevilla Johannalla ja Veskulla on yhteensä yli 30 vuotta kokemusta erilaisten ihmisten valmentamisesta.
