Right now the widget just shows random featured flights instead of my actual bookings — that’s a missed opportunity. Would love to see my next flight, route, date and countdown timer on my home screen. Competitors will build this first if XO doesn’t. Must have tried 5-6 combinations along with my family numbers. Wouldn’t risk flying XO not worth it. You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. When you select one both the destination and departure airports are completely different, sometimes 50 miles from your originally selected airport . I wish they would stop that. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2022-04-01, version 7.3.11* The worst private aviation experience I have ever had, no wifi on flights, no seat selection even though I was the creator of the flight, my family is not sitting together, and they only communicate within the app through some call center in Florida with untrained reps. For the price of this experience, there are a ton of better options, this is the spirit airlines of private aviation…they don’t actually own planes or have a standing private charter business. Subscription fees yet I got higher quotations from regular private jet agents. Response time is unbelievable. ### 1/5 — Full on scam. Lost $10k *2021-09-09, version 7.3.2* If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible app and even worse customer service. I fly private all the time and this by far has been the worst experience. Stay away from these thieves, I lost $10k from this company so if you value your money then do not book with these people. There are way better options out there with actual normal humans that will give you excellent service. This app is just about grabbing your money and is just another transaction to them. They could careless about you being happy with the app or the whole process. Booking a private jet should be a luxurious experience from start to finish. And these people treat it like you’re renting a Prius from Budget. I regret using this app and dealing with Dean when I asked for a refund because I couldn’t physically make it to the plane due to technical issues out of my control few days prior to my trip. Avoid these people at all cost, I can see why they have serious litigation against them, I will be pursuing legal action as well to get my money back from these scam artists. ### 1/5 — Error message all the time *2021-06-15, version 7.1.4* Downloaded and got error message on every flight journey I tried to get prices on.
