My app is not loading correctly lately. We also utilize Xola waivers which is great, however, our guide can not look on the app to see if waivers have been signed. They have to log into the website.

Update feb 2021. If u type in the wrong password it just sits there spinning saying it loading but doesn’t tell u it’s the wrong password. And because it’s not a native app nothing saves ur password. Face ID etc. 

The iPhone app version of xola is essentially useless. Super slow and clunky and very limited features. 

iPad app is OK. IT works but for it to update the info and refresh I have to close and re-open the app every time. Almost similar to the web base version. A lot more functionality though which is good since we use iPads to check everyone in and also for bookings.  Could be faster though.

this app used to work somewhat well but with the latest ios update, it won’t even allow me to login. i even got a new phone and thought maybe the app would work on the new phone but it still gets stuck on the login page. i’m assuming it doesn’t work because it is not supported by the newest version of ios. please fix this.

No notifications for bookings

It’s difficult to navigate the different menus

The app crashes constantly

No way to see if there other shifts are covered or view other schedules for coordination

You have to select every individual to make sure you have all of the add-ons accounted for, there isn’t a way to see a list of who purchased them. 

No way to view all scheduled shifts in the month, you have to select each individual day to see what’s scheduled 

Overall an awful app and I hope our bosses switch.

The app works so that I can make bookings but the app will glitch and items will move around and then some buttons won’t work or they will do something different as the image for the button just moved over. It is a poorly maintained app that needs attention.

Rather than gouging your customers illegally and doing who knows what with said funds, reinvest in your product suite so that its at the very least functional. 

The app loads to a blank screen and nothing more. Very frustrating trying to run a business with a tool like this!

Y’know what would be cool? Not even cool; you know what would be basic and smart functionality? I’ve I could get notifications for new purchases and bookings. If that’s possible now it sure is not clear how I turn it on. 

In general the app is really clunky and feels bad to move around in. It’s easier to check things out on the mobile website, but I have to log in every time to do that. I wish the app was a lot more functional than it currently is.

Just know that it does not refresh unless you close it and reopen it. We almost missed two last minute bookings because it did not refresh. Luckily we have xola set to text new bookings and that works in real time.
