Your income is posted publicly for the world to see, Xolo forces distributions even if you don’t want the income (or income taxes), invoices are often rejected based on internal policies Xolo won’t explain... Xolo covers up some serious issues with fancy marketing and bubbly customer service. They’re not a real accounting service. I usually just hand over all my receipts to my accountant and let them sort it, find tax strategies and deductions, complete the forms, etc. But Xolo asks me to figure everything out on my own then put the receipts in the right place exactly the right way. There’s no help or advice, they just reject it if you do it wrong and then your income isn’t in your bank account like you expected. The platform looks really cool, but it constantly rejects my (correctly inserted) e-residency card so I can’t access my account. Soooo many problems. I switched to a different accounting agency and it has been seamless!

it’s listed as free but there’s really no free option. Everything advertised is really only in a pro account which is insanely expensive as a freelancer, and the “Go” account is “free”...but they take a 5% cut.
It might otherwise be an ok app but couldn’t navigate it or even see if the UI is decent without a paid account. As a freelancer just looking for an app to easily organizes expenses and invoices/multiple incomes easily this doesn’t seem worth it

But how can I change my leapin and Xolo-go account under the same email account as the web dashboard?
