Xome has been a great tool, to get a feel for values in my area. I appreciate having the ability to set parameters to help keep my searches focused to find “like kind” comparables. Active listings, contingents, solds .. all help to get a feel for market trends and opportunities for home buyers in any given market. I enjoy using this app & highly recommend it to others. It’s like having access to the MLS system - and as long as a user knows how to narrow down physical attributes of a type of property- one can easily get a feel for market trends & analysis. Xome really is a truly versatile/ fantastic App - very useful & helpful.

The values of properties are not accurate – very low and do not compare with comps in the area. In addition, it could not find a property that I actually knew existed. Deleting the app because it is useless.

My neighbors house built in 84 sold in 1 day for $1.4 million and mine built in 2019 has a value of 569k.
