Include central air, Hot Tub. As usual, nobody cares if you contact them w/concern, as I'm still awaiting response from over a year ago on one that caused us to lose a property due to their site's inability to perform. I appreciate having the ability to set parameters to help keep my searches focused to find “like kind” comparables. Active listings, contingents, solds .. all help to get a feel for market trends and opportunities for home buyers in any given market. I enjoy using this app & highly recommend it to others. It’s like having access to the MLS system - and as long as a user knows how to narrow down physical attributes of a type of property- one can easily get a feel for market trends & analysis.
