## What is XomePro?

The XomePro mobile app is designed to quickly refer Xome sourced buyers and sellers to the Xome Agent Network. All agents in the Xome Network will use this app to accept the referrals and provide status updates to the Concierge and Agent Relationship Management teams.

• Lead Assignment:  Allows agents to receive and view leads within seconds after lead assignment.    
• Speed to Contact: The Confirm Appointment feature prompts agents to immediately connect with and confirm their tentative appointments with customers.
• Metrics: Key metrics such as the number of active and closed opportunities are prominently displayed.  
• Notifications: Reminders are provided to agents to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.    
• Appointments: Allows agents the ability to view, cancel, reschedule or complete appointments and set dispositions.  
• Weekly Update:  Agents provide their weekly status updates to their Agent Relationship Manager directly through this app.  
• Communication: Provides seamless two-way communication between the agent and Agent Relationship Manager.

This company helps clients save the equity in their home and keep them out of foreclosure. Perfect scenario. It’s a great way to give back to the community.

I was the listing agent for a short sale property. Never again will I take a lead from Xome. Once I had a buyer the whole process was difficult and extended for way too long. It took 3 months to close. The assist manager and closing coordinator were rude unhelpful and created a less than ideal experience. To top off the whole process, on the final settlement statement at closing, they kept over $400 dollars of my commission stating that’s what was in the initial contract based on the percentage I submit after the lender Mr. Cooper cut the amount that was allowed. If you are an agent stay away from this company. Poorly handled in their end I will not be cheated again.
