## What is xon training?

Xon Training은 서울에 위치한 Hyrox 전문 센터의 현장 경험을 바탕으로 만들어진 트레이닝 앱입니다.
프로그램 수강부터 일자별 루틴 확인, 운동 기록 관리까지 한 번에 할 수 있도록 설계되어, 회원들이 보다 체계적으로 훈련할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

서울 하이록스 전문 센터에서 축적된 현장 노하우와 Hyrox 아시아 챔피언 코칭 경험을 앱에 담아, 실제 선수 훈련 방식에 기반한 프로그램을 제공합니다.

기존에는 회원들이 운동 계획, 코치 가이드, 기록 관리를 여러 채널에서 따로 확인해야 했습니다.
Xon Training은 이 과정을 하나의 앱으로 통합하여, 회원들이 ‘오늘 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지’를 바로 확인하고 꾸준히 훈련에 집중할 수 있도록 만들었습니다.
