I’ve been using this for more than 15 yrs and so far it’s great. The reason why I gave 4 stars its because there’s no memo to put a note what the money is for, which I think is vey useful for tracking purposes especially if you have sent multiple transactions on the same month. I wish one day it will come true. Sent money on a Thursday that got delayed and couldn’t be picked up until SEVEN whole days later. Meanwhile, bills are not being paid on time as they should’ve been, late fees were accruing, etc. Will this billion dollar company make it right in any way? Of course not. Lie about the service and expectations, pocket the fees, ignore the customer. 0/10. ### 1/5 — Xoom made a mistake *2026-07-25, version 10.10.0* Xoom mistake and sent the money to the wrong phone number on M-PESA. I had to dispute this on my bank account plus call customer service. Customer service eventually agreed that they have made a but still have frozen my one bank account because of the mistake they made. I repeatedly asked them to unfreeze the account, but they I have switched to another money transfer service. ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2026-07-24, version 10.10.0* REMITLY and tap tap is better- you customer service is bad - you refund.
