In 1 year, how many times that we needed to updated our apps? What if we want to change email address????! That’s right, we have only one option, contact them thru email form! What I got from their reply, they need a lot, when I say a lot it mean a lot verification identify you are the owner! Sigh…making simple thing to complicated! ### 1/5 — Payment & sharing data problem! *2025-02-22, version 3.3.8* So many issue with the app. Firstly, it’s so hard to make payment, when selecting all the options needed, suddenly the screen app setting move up, displaying blank screen, and cannot select the option buttons to finalise payment. Same goes to sharing data. I have 299GB data unused, but when I want to do the sharing to other XOX plan, that problem happen again, the option buttons below the screen suddenly went up and cannot select the final confirmation button 😢 you are neglecting our right to make use of our own data efficiently without waste of money. Such a waste of money to pay monthly. We pay for the bills not for this stupid issue. FIX !! ### 2/5 — I can’t open and use “XOX Mobile” *2024-06-07, version 3.3.0* I wanted to subscribe to a package deal promoted through my messages, I JUST CANT🥲because in the message it says “please claim the subscription in XOX Mobile>Rewards but whenever I clicked on XOX Mobile, I just can’t open it and it just frustrates me because I have the right to use the rewards. At this point, I don’t think XOX even wants their customer to claim the rewards smh🙂‍↔️after this I’ll definitely change to another data plan company. I don’t recommend XOX especially to students, it cost me so much more just for the tiny data plan package that they gave. ### 1/5 — App experience is bad super bad *2024-05-07, version 3.3.0* Yoodo do much better on their app And international roaming instructions is not clear at all ### 1/5 — Slow reaction and troublesome interface *2024-03-29, version 3.2.8* It’s been in the technology for a while now but still cannot make it smooth for the customer. Every time I wanted to open the application, I had to log in all over again. Another problem came by when I tried to make a payment for my bills using online banking; there were two times I had to confirm that I was paying using the said method. Please, please, please amend and take action on this and others. The same plan used to work fine, but now it's extremely laggy with very high ping. I'm speechless and very disappointed with XOX. And always cannot send the contast us in app, always call our fill in the blank, even we already done, you need to click again and again, then some time it work, but majorly is failed to send the feedback. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-02-14, version 4.0.5* Last year my account was forced to quit from signed in mode. And I tried several times to sign up ended up with asking me to remove the old profile and start new, and then I keep repeating getting otp and keep signing up again and again, I don’t know why the app is so weird. Once I chose to start new the web version will removed too..?! Until now I’m not able to log on to my XOX app. This is SO TERRIBLE!!!! FIX IT!!! Every time I want to get into the app to make my monthly payment, the app log me off automatically so I’ll have to sign in again. But when I try to sign in, I key in the correct phone number to get the OTP but they just won’t send me the OTP even though there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my internet line. So I ended up not being able to sign in and to make my payment. Because it’s so tiring to even try to make a simple payment, I end up forgetting to “try again”. Then they blacklist me because my payment is always late. ### 1/5 — Purchased voucher rewards and added favourite line missing *2025-07-05, version 4.0.1* 1) Purchased a WAWA18 with promotion of RM15, it used to appear in the “reward” section after selecting phone number from drop downlist. But this time, after clicking the “reward”, no phone number can be selected. Please fix the bug! 2) Added favourite number cannot be found. Previously it used to appear in “manage line”, however, recently nothing respond after clicking “manage line” nothing appear. Unable for me to manage my mum line. Please fix all the bugsss!!
