Seems it's local developers developed and providing services to transfer amount to India. I think they are doing manual service. Worst customer service, If you report the delay issue - they simply say apologies but never give any information on delay. Don’t waste your hard earned money using this kind cheap services. ### 1/5 — Fraud! *2026-01-08* I had a very disappointing experience with Remit2Any. The app incorrectly initiated two transactions from my US bank account instead of one. One transaction was debited successfully, while the second failed and was returned. After this, Remit2Any froze my account and has been holding my money for over 17 days, without completing the transfer to my Indian bank account or refunding the amount back to my US bank. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer support keeps responding with the same message that the account is frozen, without providing any clear reason, timeline, or resolution. Because of this delay, my Indian bank charged bounce fees due to failed EMI mandates, which occurred only because the funds were withheld. This issue originated from their system error, yet I have received no accountability or urgency from their side. For a money transfer service, holding customer funds for weeks with no transparency or resolution is unacceptable. I would advise others to be very cautious before using this service. The transaction amount was supposed to be received in the receiver bank after 3 hrs of transaction but it never happened. When I noticed that amount was not credited into receiver bank account and asked the support team they are telling me they will look into it but they are not giving any exact information about the safety of the amount. Moreover they are not giving any information why they missed the payment, simply saying we will look it this issue and escalated the issue with our team. No proper response, delayed reply. I suggest everyone, do not use this app for money transfer. Kindly use other trusted apps that most of the people use. If given a chance I will give a negative -100 rating for the service. ### 1/5 — Not satisfied *2025-09-03, version 1.4* While sending money , this app said immediate transfer. But it didn’t transfer and they said will transfer in next day 9.45 pm. But money not credited on next day also. I am still waiting for money.
