I would have given 5 stars if it had cloud storage and accessibility from other devices (iPad for example, Mac would be the ultimate!!). With that, I would even purchase my first app (I have never paid for an app!). UPDATE 3/30/17. Now that it's on cloud it is UNBEATABLE!! I will not use any other patient record app. Portable EVERYWHERE...5 stars!!! **Developer response:** Thank you.
