After you submit payment via the app, we will immediately text you an estimated time of the consultation. The app will also display the estimated wait time. At the time of the consultation, our medical provider will text you a link to start a video conference. We will also call you at the provided number if there is a connectivity problem. At the conclusion of the visit, you will have access to your medical records, and notes via the app. Prescriptions, if needed will be transmitted directly to the pharmacy of your choice. We will also text you to let you know the prescriptions have been sent. This is also $111 cheaper than my deductible. I love the ‘get down to business’ approach and I don’t need to be coddled at all- but the 2 times I’ve used this, the RN’s were too fast- like.. ‘what’s wrong don’t want any details’ to the point of interrupting. No smiling or empathy shown by either. Again, don’t need/want to be coddled but a friendlier demeanor can calm and instill a little trust. Yes, I will use again but hope I get a more cordial RN who can listen for a minute to get the whole story. Between work, and taking care of my children, it’s very difficult to get away from home for a doctor appointment. With this app, I was able to create my account, schedule appointment, chat with the doctor, and have my prescriptions refilled for a grand total of less than 10 minutes! Had I gone to my regular doctor, it would’ve probably taken me at least 90 minutes or more. This is a huge timesaver! And, very affordable. ### 1/5 — Really slow *2019-09-30* I missed my appointment. It took 10 mins for it to log me in, and another 10 mins to reschedule my appointment. **Developer response:** I am truly sorry for your bad experience. We are constantly improving our app. We have reduced log in time to 1-2 seconds in our latest version. We have also incorporated biometric (Face ID, or Touch ID) to make the log in process even easier (as of version 1.02.6) We have never had a 1 minute log in time, so 10 minutes is definitely extraordinary.
