Reisekostenabrechnung nehmen manchmal ganz schön viel Zeit und Nerven in Anspruch. Wir haben das Problem genutzt und für euch die mobile Reisekosten-App entwickelt.

• Du hast getankt und weißt nicht wie du den Beleg sicher verstaust, ohne dass er verloren geht?
   Das wird dir nie wieder passieren! Einfach unterwegs ein Foto vom Beleg mit dem Smartphone machen - fertig. Die Software liest die Daten automatisch aus und übergibt diese an euer Abrechnungssystem. 

• Die Rechnung kam als PDF?
   Das ist kein Hindernis. Dokument öffnen und in der App hochladen.

• Keine Umstellungen nötig. XpenseFlow ist sofort in verschiedene Abrechnungssysteme integrierbar.

• Zeit ist Geld. Mit XpenseFlow sparst du bis zu 80% Zeit.
   Warum? Du kannst deine Reisekostenabrechnung schon unterwegs, ob in der Bahn, Taxi oder am Flughafen bequem erstellen. Das heißt der Personalaufwand verringert sich und Du hast dein Geld schneller auf deinem Konto.

• Du bist dir nicht mehr sicher wie hoch du Verpflegungs- , Übernachtungs- und Kilometerpauschalen ansetzen darfst? Der Erstattungsbetrag wird automatisch berechnet und deiner Reise hinzugefügt.

   Kein Problem! Die App zeigt dir den relevanten Währungskurs an, um deine Rechnung automatisch in EURO umzurechnen.

App verlangt eine RCD Kennung. Was ist das??? Muss ich dazu irgendeinen Service lizenzieren? Steht nirgends. Auch nicht auf der Website.
