Have a child who was looking forward to the interactive parts because he isn’t a big reader. Registered email but never got a temporary password. Can’t do the Forgot password and can’t re-register email because it’s already registered. Is there an update coming to correct this?

I got this app because we bought a book for our son that uses it. He was excited to read the book and use the interactive parts that the app is supposed to provide. Both my wife and I have tried to create an account but all we get are error messages and then messages that our emails are already used for an account and then we try the forgot password and get more error messages.

It really makes reading so interactive and fun!! There is so much to discover with each and every scan code!! I would highly recommend it!!
