I love starting the first few minutes of my day with the R3 meditation sessions. This app has helped develop stronger daily intentions and honor my energy and wellbeing. 

Who knew that simply taking time to breathe, embody emotions, and fulfilling your needs could bring about such magical experiences. 

Been really proud of my discipline, discoveries, and life experiences with the guidance of the Transformation Xperience Journal. 10/10 highly recommend.
