On first load, seemed to work well.  Then Started locking up, then crashed.  Now cannot get it to even open at all.   Very poor support too.  Support Chat does not work either and says email live staffed help desk but NO EMAIL given.

CONSTANT crashing. Can’t make it through one single video without having to restart. Very frustrating.

Apparently ‘online learning’ doesn’t apply to people trying to use the app on their phone on a cellular network. It stops functioning every time there is a dip in connectivity. Also, a lot of the functionality is absent / limited on a phone, but not sure if that’s the app or the content creator. E.g. how is someone supposed to create a new forum post on their phone?

I’ve run into a few issues:

 1. Navigation can be frustrating. On some pages, there’s no back button to return to a previous page or navigate elsewhere.

 2. External links create dead ends. If you click a link that opens outside the app, there’s no way to get back you have to close and reopen the app entirely.

 3. Forum usability could improve. The forum works okay, but the same navigation issues occur if a link takes you outside the app.

XP on the computer is awesome but the app itself has been saying an error for like six months now. Won’t let me use it.

I have heard talk of the app crashing.  Is that when you get a white screen and then nothing?  Yeah.  That’s what happens to me.  I have to delete them bring back just to get into it.  That’s silly.

This is really convenient but I can’t really get into my courses with numerous app crashes.  Especially when navigating between classes.
