This new app from Xpert Clinics guides you step by step throughout your entire care journey – from your first appointment with the doctor to the completion of your treatment. View your appointments, read all about your diagnosis and treatment, and get started with your exercises. You can ask questions quickly and easily via the chat.

Who is this app for?
The new Xpert Clinics app is currently available for patients of Xpert Hand and Wrist Care, Xpert Clinics Orthopaedics (Dutch Only), and Xpert Clinics Proctology. Patients will receive an invitation via email to download the app.

Xpert Clinics App: What's New?
The app has been improved to make scheduling appointments easier:
- (Certain) appointments can now be canceled.
- Changing appointments is easier.
- More appointments can be modified.
- You can now enter a reason when changing or canceling an appointment.
- Time zone issues have been resolved, so times are always accurate.
- Logging in with facial recognition works better.
- The app runs more smoothly and has fewer errors.

### 2.3.3 — 2026-03-12

For this final release of the year, we've made several improvements under the hood:
- The app has been prepared for new care areas that we will soon be adding to our offerings.
- Appointments scheduled for today are now listed in the correct order.
- For orthopedic and eye care patients, the correct information can now be automatically assigned, ensuring diagnosis and/or treatment information is available in 100% of cases.

For this final release of the year, we've made several improvements under the hood:
- The app has been prepared for new care areas that we will soon be adding to our offerings.

What’s New?
This update brings a major change 
	•	New login: from now on, you can create your own account, which we’ll securely link to your file.
	•	Easier appointment management: it’s now possible to reschedule more types of appointments directly in the app. Super convenient!
