The app and also the watch are far from being usable. And yes, this crap seems not to be maintained any more since the developers are not able to handle the project. Better luck next time! But here got got my advice: use another company name, cause this is burnt forever…

I can’t get the app to work. My sons watch is showing wrong date & time an I’m unable to change it on watch. I’m so frustrated, I can’t even send watch back as he ripped the box open.

Leider ist keine Registrierung möglich. Support kann auch nicht helfen. Die App stürzt ständig ab. Werde die Uhr wohl zurück geben.

Leider kann ich mich in der App nicht registrieren. Kundenservice kontaktiert, nach über 10 Mails, immer noch keine Besserung bzw Lösung gefunden. 
Die Uhr an sich ist super 👍🏼

Die Uhr ist super, keine Frage. 
Die App allerdings ist katastrophal.
1. Eine Registrierung über die App ist nicht möglich. Mithilfe des Supports konnte das Problem gelöst werden. (Registrierung über eine andere XPlora App und dann login bei dieser)
2. Es wird kein Schlaf synchronisiert. Die Anzeige bleibt bei null obwohl die Uhr selbst zumindest die geschlafenen Stunden anzeigt. 
3. Die Grafiken stimmen nicht mit den Tatsächlichen Messwerten überein.
4. Die übertragenen Daten an die Health App beinhalten nur Schritte und kcal. Wünschenswert wären auch alle anderen Daten.
