Buses don’t show on the app half the time. When they are running late or are cancelled, the app doesn’t tell you that automatically. You have to dig around to find out and even then it’s not always up to date.  Pointless sending feedback on it as it clearly just goes to some intern who doesn’t care.

Still a vast difference in times between the app & real time.  App said my bus was due in 1 min yet the map showed it 5 stops further on hence I had missed my bus.  Why are the times on the information boards & the app so far out?

this app is generally overall really really good and way better than traveline Scotland. The reason for that is because traveline Scotland has a really complicated layout and it's really hard to see when my bus is coming because I need to get the bus for school so that's why I like this better.

A much better app for Xplore overall. Better presentation. Easier to access timetables. And the ability to live track all buses in real-time via Google Maps style feature is absolutely game-changing. Dundee is lucky to have Xplore as the main provider of public transport.
