Now I’m being charged double for a single account. Even reached out through DM on Instagram about this issue to them directly. Absolutely no answer. Haven’t been able to watch any content or log in for a month. I updated my phone to the newest version and it worked fine for about a week, and then my subscription suddenly expired and I renewed it. A day after the renewal, the app completely stopped loading. I click on the app and it just stays on the logo screen and doesn't go anywhere. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading it and it still doesn't work. I was thinking they’d be in HD and not 144 fps. For 20$ you’d think I’d be paying for all of that but not at all from what I’ve seen. Secondly 20$ is too much. Make it like 10-13 and you’ll probably see a lot more since 20 is hard to come by for your demographic. But it’s all love and I have no hate towards you guys. It never stated it was free and I think the price is worth it for the extra content plus giveaways, early merch, and etc we get. The videos are good quality and you can hear them as well. Don’t forget if there’s any bugs they will get fixed and there’s little fixes and changes that will happen over time like any other app. So far I love the app and I’m excited to see what all there is to come.
