Won’t let me create an account even though I have a device

The timer doesn’t work. The timer stalls when you move to another app. The 2 custom settings the app does have does not remember the settings once programmed. I was told by CS a new version was forthcoming 2 weeks ago. (6.3.26) nothing so far.
